Transcript Requests

Official transcripts are prepared by the Registrar's Office. Please log in to MyAdmin to submit your request and online payment. MyAdmin provides students and alumni convenient and secure on-demand services.

If you are unable to submit your request through MyAdmin, please contact our office to discuss other options. We can be reached at 250.391.2600 ext. 4862 or toll-free 1.800.788.8028. Our office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm and we are located in Mews 201. You may also email us at registrar@royalroads.ca with questions but DO NOT EMAIL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION as it is not a secure connection.

Regular service: $11 per transcript processed within 4-5 business days

Rush service: $21 per transcript processed the following business day

Faxed transcripts: additional $5 per copy

Both services are sent by Canada Post regular mail and can take up to 10 days for delivery within Canada. Please expect longer delivery times to locations outside of Canada. Royal Roads University is not responsible for transcripts that are lost or delayed in the mail. Confirmation is not sent that the request was processed unless you’ve chosen “hold for pickup”. If you are sending your transcript to a third party, you may wish to contact them to confirm delivery.

Transcript requests will not be processed if you have outstanding fees or fines owing to the university.
