Senior Consultant, Human Resources Solutions

We are seeking an energetic, self motivated and resourceful professional who would work with a service-oriented team dedicated to developing and delivering integrated and innovative human resources solutions to our clients.
This position will be responsible for working with clients on their overall human capital strategies. This involves the delivery and on-going enhancement of human capital programs and services including talent management and development, workforce planning, employee engagement, benefits, compensation, training, coaching, outplacement support, employee relations and performance management processes. Reporting to the Manager, Client Delivery, you will ensure programs and solutions are understood, leveraged, implemented, and optimized in a manner that enhances talent management strategies while contributing to strategic goals and desired results of our clients. Your career will have focused on developing and delivering human capital programs in a consultative manner with clients and business partners. This position can be based anywhere in Saskatchewan, and requires flexibility and travel.
Ideally, a post secondary education with a focus on human resources or relevant field of studies, complemented with two years experience in a human resources role. A CHRP accreditation would be an asset. The successful candidate will have demonstrated effective communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skills. Some of the core competencies for this position include results orientation, conceptual thinking, service orientation and impact and influence.
