Client Services Division   The Cross Plan Branch within the Client Services Division includes a newly structured team of business analysts who play a key role in aligning the needs of the business with the capabilities of information technology.  The team is lead by the Business Analysis, Process Improvement Manager.

The Intermediate Business Analyst is a key member of the business analyst team who are responsible for eliciting business requirements for enhancements and defects to existing systems as well as for new systems and processes.  This role leads or participates in project working groups, system upgrades and process re-engineering initiatives for high-risk projects and complex business processes.  The Intermediate Business Analyst plays a key role in aligning the needs of the business with the proposed technology solutions.

Your qualifications will include:

  • University degree in business administration, public administration, computer science, business analysis or related discipline plus 2 years of recent related experience in a Business Analyst role; OR
  • Diploma in business administration, public administration, computer science, business analysis or related discipline plus 3 years of recent, related experience in a Business Analyst role; OR
  • Certificate in business administration, public administration, computer science, business analysis or related discipline plus 4 years of recent, related experience in a Business Analyst role; OR
  • An equivalent combination of related education, training and 5 years of practical experience in a Business Analyst role;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high-risk projects
  • Demonstrated experience in leading people through innovation and change
