In this key role in our Professional Practice department, working closely with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the Content Development Team, you will plan, design, and update the development of Learning and Performance Support (L&PS) content, using instructional design best practices, so that content developed is educationally and technologically sound and appropriate for the target audience.

Additionally you will recommend resource requirements and manage the development schedules for eLearning content to ensure realistic and measurable timelines and outcomes. Along with maintaining detailed records on the production stages for the L&PS products developed or updated, you will be participating in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the content, providing recommendations for improvement and assisting in the identification and recommendation of measurement criteria.

We currently have two temporary positions available and we are in the process of securing the funding to make these regular positions.


Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree in Distance Education, Educational Technology or Instructional Design plus two (2) years recent related experience in learning technologies, education, and performance support in a complex business environment. Your background demonstrates your abilities in the development of learning and performance support content using sound instructional design principles. Customer service mindset is crucial in this role.

Analytical by nature, you apply your critical thinking skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. You have a strong attention to details, exceptional interpersonal, written, oral and technical skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook), internet search engines, HTML, and other common content development software as well as knowledgeable of the AICC and SCORM standards and implementation. You have excellent project and time management skills, work comfortably in a team environment and able to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
