National Money Mart Company is a subsidiary of the Dollar Financial Group Inc., a publicly traded company (NASDAQ - DLLR) and the largest convenience-based financial services company in the world. Since 1982, we have trained thousands in the art of outstanding customer service while providing financial solutions for millions of Canadians from coast to coast.

We are looking for several Customer Service Representatives (call takers) to work in our EasyTaxTM Processing Centre in Victoria, BC.  These are contract positions running (approximately) from January 2012 until March 2012. We have a variety of shifts ranging from 6 am until 10 pm part time and full time. We are looking to secure employees now for a January start.

Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Calling Money Mart stores or Money Mart customers
  • Providing accurate information in a professional manner to customers and store staff
  • Solving issues in real time
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Experience in call centre or receptionist environment an asset
  • Post Secondary courses or equivalent work experience an asset
  • Ability to work well as part of a large team
  • Ability to communicate well with co workers, field staff, and customers
  • Ability to multitask with a large workload in a fast paced environment
  • Computer literate
  • On-site training will be provided
