Client Services Division The Cross Plan Branch within the Client Services Division includes a newly structured team of business analysts who play a key role in aligning the needs of the business with the capabilities of information technology. The team is led by the Business Analysis and Process Improvement Manager.
The Business Analyst provides support for eliciting business requirements for enhancements and defects to existing systems and requirements for new systems and processes. The Analyst performs user acceptance testing, participates in working groups for small and intermediate projects, and works closely and collaboratively with representatives from other parts of the organization to identify areas of improvement.
The Business Analyst will also support the implementation of business projects and re-engineering of complex business processes.
