You are invited to Voices for Freedom, featuring Alumni Excellence Award winner Mading Ngor

The School of Communication and Culture is pleased to invite you to Voices for Freedom, a conversation with Alumni Excellence Award winner and South Sudanese journalist Mading Ngor. When: Oct. 24, 7 to 9 p.m.

Where: Centre for Dialogue, Learning and Innovation Centre at Royal Roads University

What: Mading will be interviewed by School of Communication and Culture Prof. David Black. Mading will also take questions from the audience.

Why: Mading is the winner of Royal Roads’ inaugural Alumni Excellence Award, which recognizes an alumnus who best personifies the university’s value of bringing meaningful and positive change to their workplace, community or the planet. The award is being presented on Oct. 22 at a luncheon.

Voices for Freedom is by cash donation ($20 suggested) with proceeds going to support the Alumni Awards program and bursaries for students in the School of Communication and Culture.
