MAPC student co-produces ethnographic video focusing on health care in the Hul'qumi'num' territory

Understanding Hul'qumi'num' culture, territory and history is critically important for health care professionals working within the Hul'qumi'num' territory if they are to provide effective health care. Master of Arts in Professional Communication student Brennan MacDonald co-produced an ethnographic video exploring issues of culturally-safe health care within the Hul'qumi'num' territory. The video accompanies her thesis, and is featured on the Public Ethnography as Innovative Learning site. Follow on Twitter to see new projects as they’re posted: @EMACnetwork
