Join us for an Earth Day Celebration April 22

Celebrate Earth Day by joining us in the Quarterdeck as we welcome Rita Fromholt, the sustainability co-ordinator from the University of Victoria as she discusses climate change. Rita is a member of the Climate Reality Corporation, chaired by Al Gore and has extensive training and experience in giving “climate reality” presentations designed to educate and facilitate relationship building between climate activists looking for solutions in their community.

Royal Roads Elder in Residence Greg Sam will open the discussion with a formal greeting and provide a local First Nations perspective of nature and the environment.
