You might recall that back in July, the Helpdesk started piloting an extended hours support model. We are asking for your feedback now that the pilot is over.
We're interested in hearing from everyone as it's just as important for us to know that you didn't need us at all, or you needed us but couldn't get us - as it is to know that you reached us and we provided awesome service :)
