Continuing Studies: Evening talks in April
This month Continuing Studies has three diverse and engaging free talks to stimulate your mind and your interests. Next Thursday, April 14, 2016, Dr. Alison Moran shares insights into The World of Hummingbirds including how to distinguish between species and understand their roles within the ecosystem. On April 20, 2016, Dr. Paul Mohapel discusses The Science of Happiness with scientific research on this complex emotion, our assumptions about what makes us happy, and ‘happiness practices’ to incorporate into your life. And on April 27, 2016, join us for the Art of Activism with Ann Perodeau as she discusses the history of artists’ abilities to use art in its’ various forms to expose injustices and create positive change.
