Please note: On Saturday, February 4, the RRU Recreation Centre will be closed due to power upgrades.
Hours of Operation:
Monday to Thursday: 5:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 5:30 a.m.- 9 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Statutory Holidays: 8 a.m - 4 p.m

All registered students receive free membership to the RRU Recreation Centre. Come nurture your body, mind and spirit in this beautiful heritage facility. Please bring your student ID card as proof of membership.
Amenities and Services
Two squash courts, free weights, keiser, apex, 30 + pieces of cardio equipment, gymnasium, aerobics studio and personal trainers available.
Registered classes
Yoga, Light House Academy of Dance, Zumba and Pole Trix.
Drop in activities
Basketball, badminton, volleyball, floor hockey, indoor soccer, core,& spin classes.
Trail Orientations
Looking to use the trails at RRU? Are you a runner, walker or in training for your next event? Trail orientations with a member of the Recreation Centre Staff are available for 3K- 10K, 20 to 60 minutes. Whatever you are looking for, we will do our best to accommodate. Orientations are free. Open Gym Time
If the gym is not booked, patrons are welcome to use the space for their own activities. Scheduled activities have priority booking, and patrons may be asked to vacate the area for that activity. Please check the schedule board or ask staff to confirm when these activities may occur.
Rentals
Organizations/individuals may arrange to book the studio or gym for ongoing activities. Please check with the Recreation Centre staff regarding guidelines, availability and applicable rental fees.
