Housing

University Housing offers accommodation in 147 dorm rooms and 33 ensuites for learners and visitors. Our goal is to provide an environment that helps students to succeed, both academically and socially.

We currently offer:

• Graduate/undergraduate Residencies
• Executive Certificate Accommodation
• and Visitor Accommodation

Two residence buildings, Millward and Nixon are situated in the main campus circle within walking distance of the academic buildings, cafeteria, library, recreation centre and Hatley Castle.

Residence housing is community-oriented and co-educational. We provide a totally smoke-free environment. All buildings have been designated academic, and are designed for students who wish a quiet and studious environment.

Off-Campus Housing:
RRU University Housing no longer has the capacity to offer full-time undergraduate housing. Local off-campus housing opportunities maintained at www.royalroads.och101.com. Call toll-free 1-877-988-7368.

To further assist students, the university offers a list of websites that list off-campus rentals or offer room-mate finding services.

Homestay:
International Homestay Canada is the agency contracted through Royal Roads University to provide homestay services for international students in our programs.  Using a homestay is an excellent way for students to integrate into the local and regional culture.  For more information about this opportunity, and for application forms, please visit their website.
