Campus Learning Space

Breakout Rooms: Breakout rooms are available for student use to support the learning experience in the Library, Arbutus, Nixon, Grant Buildings and in the Learning and Innovation Centre. Sign-up sheets are located on the exterior walls to each breakout room. 

Classrooms: Some classrooms, containing audio-visual equipment, may also be signed out for two hour time blocks during evenings and weekends. For more information on which classrooms are available, please contact your Program Coordinator.

Computer Labs: Computer labs are located in the Library, Millward Building, Learning and Innovation Centre, and the Arbutus Building. For lab hours and additional information, please visit the Computer Services website.

Student Lounges: There are student galleys on each floor of the Learning and Innovation Centre (LIC) equipped with microwave, and refrigerator.  Student lounges are also located on the first and third floors of the LIC. A student lounge, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, is also located on the first floor of the Nixon Building. Microwaves are also located throughout the Grant Building, including across from the Habitat Cafe. A great place to meet and socialize with fellow students, the student lounges are smoke and alcohol free zones.

Residential student lounges are also located on each residence floor in the Nixon and Millward buildings. These lounges are also smoke and alcohol free zones.
