After your cardio and weight room workout at Royal Roads, head over to Juan de Fuca Recreation Centre for swimming or skating! For Royal Roads students with valid student ID, Juan de Fuca Rec will honour their discounted student rate for admission to both their pool and ice-skating rink. 

Drop-in programs:

Starting now until the first week of December, then resumes on January 9th until April 13th.

• Tuesday night volleyball @ Spencer Middle School 8pm – 10pm. 
• Wednesday night floor hockey @ Spencer Middle School 8pm – 10pm. 
• Thursday night badminton @ John Stubbs Middle School 6-7pm beginner, 7-9pm intermediate.

$4.50/visit/student (or purchase a 10x pass to any drop-in for $36.16 + tax)
