Transcript Requests

To order an official transcript from the Office of the Registrar you may choose one of the following options:

1. Submit your request and online payment through MyAdmin. MyAdmin is a new university website that provides students and alumni convenient on-demand services.

2. Mail, fax or email the transcript request form.

Mail the form to:

Please note that this is not a secure connection. If preferred, you may phone us with your credit card information.

3. Go to University Reception or the Registrar's Office to fill out the official transcript request form.

Registrar's Office is located in Mews 201 (does not accept cash).
University Reception is located on the main floor of the Learning and Innovation Centre (accepts cash).

The cost of each official transcript is $11 for regular service (processed within 4‐5 business days) and $21 for rush service (processed the following business day), which must be paid at the time of the order.
 
Faxed transcripts cost an additional $5 per copy.

Your request will not be processed if you have outstanding fees or fines owing to the university.
