On-Campus Residencies

Campus Housing offers accommodation in 147 dorm rooms and 33 ensuites for students and visitors as well as 10 housing complexes for visiting faculty. Our goal is to provide an environment that helps students to succeed, and offers guests a convenient and comfortable room during their visit.

We currently offer:

• Graduate/Undergraduate residences for Distance Students
• Graduate/Executive Certificate Accommodation
• Faculty Accommodation
• and Visitor Accommodation

Two residences buildings, Millward and Nixon are situated in the main campus circle within walking distance of the academic buildings, cafeteria, library, recreation centre and Hatley Castle.

Residence housing is community-oriented and co-educational. We provide a totally smoke-free environment. All buildings have been designated academic, and are designed for learners who wish a quiet and studious environment.

Off-Campus Housing

RRU University Housing no longer has the capacity to offer full-time undergraduate housing. Visit our 'Off-Campus Housing' page for ways to find accommodation in the local area.

Homestay:
International Homestay Canada is the agency contracted through Royal Roads University to provide homestay services for international students in our programs.  Using a homestay is an excellent way for students to integrate into the local and regional culture.  For more information about this opportunity, and for application forms, please visit their website.
